1. Description of Services

Eventlens allows users to capture memories by collecting photos and videos from events. Media sharing is easy and fast through QR codes, without the need for an app download.

 

Terms of Use

1. User Obligations

Users must use Eventlens services in compliance with the law and these terms and conditions. Misuse, including uploading illegal or inappropriate content, is prohibited.

2. Access Restrictions

Eventlens reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the services in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

3. Data Protection

Personal data of users are collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the services, including all related intellectual property rights, remain the property of Eventlens.

 

Liability and Indemnification

1. Limitation of Liability

Eventlens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

Eventlens is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or alteration of user communications.

2. Indemnification

Users indemnify Eventlens against all claims, costs, and damages arising from their use of the services. This includes but is not limited to any claims made by third parties due to or arising out of users’ violation of these terms, any law, or the rights of a third party.

3. Force Majeure

Eventlens is not responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Customer service is available during business hours via [email protected]. We aim to respond to inquiries and requests within 48 hours.

2. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted via [email protected]. We address complaints within 14 days of receipt.

 

Miscellaneous Provisions

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

2. Changes to the Terms

Eventlens reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect via our website.

3. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
